· Measure and manage your technicians’ productivity and efficiency
· Determine your effective labor rate to make sure your service advisors are charging properly and not discounting too much
· Compare your techs’ performance against established quotas and goals
· Help you find the hidden labor profits in your business, without the need to add staff, or spend money on advertising or equipment
