· Basic understanding of alignment angles and their effect on the vehicle
· Interpreting alignment printouts and relating those printouts to symptoms that would appear on the vehicle
· Tips and tricks for relating the need for alignment to the consumer
· Discussion and review of available tools and front counter pieces that can be used to help explain
alignment conditions to the consumer
· Discussion and live demonstration of the latest alignment technology
· Overview of how safety systems on today's vehicles will effect the alignment process moving forward
