Automotive and Collision Industry Update & Luncheon

Jason will be presenting an industry update that will include many facets of the repair and collision industry and how they affect daily operations in your shop. He will cover the latest on electric vehicles, parts and procurement and market wide delays, effects of the OEM strike on the automotive industry, as well as many other relevant and pressing topics. After the presentation there will be an opportunity for Q&A followed by lunch and networking with fellow shop owners and managers.
Jason Norman is the AVP for Corporate Vehicle Repair at Enterprise Holdings Inc., the largest total transportation solutions company in the world. In this role, he provides collision leadership,
expertise, direction, IT solutions, and research tools to the integrated North American network of independent
regional subsidiaries and franchises, and collaboration with multiple international, national, and
regional partners.
After earning a BBA from Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas, Jason started the Enterprise journey in 2000 as a Management Trainee in Austin. Through multiple roles and destinations, he has supported the Vehicle Repair department for 19 years with the last ten years dedicated to collision. Jason has collaborated on various initiatives including Enterprise’s Internal Claims Environment, Consolidated Desk Review team, ADAS-Ready, training and parts initiatives, estimate quality, and EV preparedness.
