Are you struggling to develop a diagnostic strategy that will lead you to a faster, more accurate diagnosis?
Learn time saving methods that lead to an accurate diagnosis in the shortest amount of time. Utilizing the customer complaint, vehicle history and a complaint based diagnostic thought process to isolate the root cause of the problem.
Learn to rapidly evaluate mechanical engine condition utilizing relative compression test using a high or low amp probe, vacuum pulses as well as exhaust pulse train signals utilizing your lab scope.
Learn to quickly confirm fuel delivery utilizing a first look pressure transducer coupled with a low amps probe to confirm mechanical and electrical integrity of injectors, drivers and circuits.
Utilize a lab scope coupled with a pressure transducer for accurate cranking, running compression, exhaust restriction, cam timing, as well as confirmation of proper cam and ignition timing. Confirm variable cam timing of phasing during bi-directional controls.
