With the understanding that the interviewing process is one of the most critical components, Mike Davidson has developed a procedure that will help you identify the superstars. Over the past two years, Mike has completed a number of courses on the art of interviewing, and he has refined the process to such a point that he has been asked to share his interviewing techniques with national organizations. What Mike will be teaching is how to accurately evaluate two key attributes of every superstar: Their attitude and their self-initiative.
