DESCRIPTION:Shaping the Future of our Industry \n\nStudent and Industry Professional Panel Discussion & Networking Event \nThe Springfield Chapter of ASA will be sponsoring a networking and panel discussion event at Ozark Technical College to introduce students seeking a career in the automotive service industry to the local independent shop owners and managers.  This will also be a great opportunity for local shop owners and managers to make a connection with future technicians that could potentially become employees and discuss the skills they look for in their hiring process. \n\n \n\nThe panel discussion will give shop owners a chance to talk about their experiences in the industry and answer questions from students entering into the field.
